Milky Dessert from Australia Dairy Company (澳洲牛奶公司)

The Australia Dairy Company (澳洲牛奶公司) is another well-known eatery in Hong Kong especially for their scrambled eggs and milk custard. Right after getting back from Macau, I decided to takeaway one of their milk pudding for my mum to try back at the hotel.

Luckily there was no queue but it was very crowded inside, if you don’t speak Cantonese, there would be an uncle who can speak Mandarin. They were indeed very efficient, once you are done with your order, within minutes it would be ready for you to takeaway.

I had the Chilled White Milk Pudding for about 14-16 HKD. It was a sweet and rich dessert. My mum commented that it tasted like condensed milk. I agree that it tasted similar. Texture wise, think of decent chawanmushi. After a while, it can be quite jelak, I couldn’t finish it as the sweetness gets a little overpowering for me.
