Spotted this at
Changi Village Food Centre, it is a chain mutton soup shop, the most famous one
is at Old Airport Road. I seldom see mutton soups around so I decided to order
a bowl of mutton for myself. It turned out to be pretty good. It was robust,
rich and fragrant and the mutton was rather tender.
It is affordable too, just 4 SGD a bowl.
