15th June 2013.
Old School Delight is a couple of bus stops away from my house. I wanted to try their food for quite some time and I finally got the chance to have dinner there a couple of days ago. Simply put, just avoid the Western options here and go for the local eats. The Laksa (7.40 SGD) I had was rather rich and thick. However, I think because they used reduced coconut milk, it wasn’t too heavy on the palate. Prawns were succulent and I wiped my bowl of laksa clean.
Lastly, I finished my meal with a cup of milk tea.

sounds like the Laksa is worth a try! Any other local dishes worth trying?
ReplyDeletehi, I only tried the laksa, I think the Mee Siam was just okay. The Curry Chicken looks good though, saw the other table having it.
