Seoul, South Korea
My first proper meal in Seoul was a Japanese meal at this eatery located in the hip district near Hongik University known for its numerous cafes and pubs. The eatery is known for its donburi dishes.
I had the Kyu-don, the beef donburi which was pretty good and yummy, the beef for example was fragrant rather than masked by copious amount of sauce and the texture of the rice was okay. It cost 6000 KRW alone which set combos with salad or soup cost around 8000 KRW.
