Phuket : Shopping in Phuket Town

A huge cluster of shops can be found in along Tilok Uthit selling local brand fashion apparel to imitations of branded goods such as Puma sunglasses and Adidas lookalikes.

Here shirts and slippers go as low as 150-100 THB. Besides clothing, there are plenty of shoes, hairpins, headwear and souvenirs for you to pick too.

Along the way, we took interest in a fruit stall where we could easily spot more than 4 types of mangoes available. We also met Mrs Luo, a teacher from Guangzhou Tianhe District who was kind enough to teach us how to pick the right fruits and introduce us to several fruits that he weren’t familiar with.
