Beancurd Breakfast @ Min Eryimin

Min Er Yi Min, named after the owner’s daughters is an offshoot from the family business behind the Original Rochor Beancurd. The store is located at the historic Elias Building along Short Street, next to the original Short Street branch run by her elder brother.

Rivalry aside, My studiomate and I are just looking for a place for cheap breakfast. I had a bowl of Beancurd here for $1.00 SGD. Cheap breakfast! yums.

I found the beancurd here to be quite smooth, without that gelatinous texture I found in some beancurds. The syrup was sweeter than average and the beancurd has a slight sourish aftertaste.
