It was long time ago since I went to Taiwan. There were plans
this year but plans are plans.
The Taipei Night Market has been at the basement food court
of Toa Payoh Bus Interchange for quite some time and one day, my friend and I
decided to give it a try. I opted for their signature Beef Noodles. The beef
was dry and tough and the noodles were average. The soup itself was slightly
spicy in the beginning but monotonous in flavour. In short, it was
disappointing.
I thought the other items such as the half chicken which I
bought for takeaway fared better.
