I have heard about Sushiro several times from friends. Sushiro is probably most well-known for their Bara Chirashi. Priced at 12.80 SGD (a la carte), it is one of the most generous, value for money seafood bowl. The rice is served at room temperature or slightly chilled, like Teppei Shokudo's "Kaisen-don" but the seasoning is more balanced. There seafood, which consisted squid, tuna, prawn but mainly salmon, were cut into thick chunks like Teppei Shokudo's but price-wise, this beats Teppei Shokudo hands-down. Perhaps, that is why there is always a long queue here.
There is also a Gyu-don (Beef Bowl) which my tutor had, perhaps next time! I think it is a testimony to their popularity, Sushiro have expanded since I last saw them, with more seating at Thomson Plaza, there is one near the atrium and another next to the food court.
