October – November 2012.
Ansan, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea.
You could find a “café” in every corner of South Korea. More often than not, these cafes turned out to be kiosks serving overpriced sewage water or Chef Mike’s recipes.
Once in a while, you will encounter a decent one like Café Moriah which is located outside our school. Café Moriah has a nice cozy atmosphere that reminded me of a European cottage. Beyond the pleasant aesthetics, Café Moriah serves up some rather tasty burgers such as their signature Moriah Burger (6700 KRW), a huge “sandwich” of tender, meaty burger patty with juicy tomatoes, sweet onions, cheddar cheese and lettuce. I had better in Singapore but this was quite good too.
Vegetarians can also go for their Tofu Burger and besides burgers, there are also pastas available.
For drinks, I picked an affogato for my coffee cum dessert. Sadly, I didn't have a deep impression of it.

Cafe Moriah is very prominent, it is located just next to 7 Eleven, Issac Toast and Paris Baguette at the junction outside the main entrance to Hanyang University ERICA Campus.
